ANALYSING THE DEPARTMENT’S ELECTRICITY NETWORK FLOWS

Alfred is a web tool developed by SIEL-Territoire d’énergie Loire to centralise all the billing flows from delivery points. Local authorities can also check their energy spending when they are part of a buying group or when the management of their street lighting equipment is entrusted to SIEL-Territoire d’énergie Loire.

SIEL-Territoire d’énergie Loire receives thousands of bills for the electricity buying group and concerning the management of street lighting for local authorities in Loire, which it checks and passes on to its members. Thanks to Alfred, SIEL-Territoire d’énergie Loire can check all the data to pick up any errors in the meter readings and/or bills.  The local authorities are therefore sure that they are paying bills based on their actual consumption and the provisions of their contract.

IDENTIFY AND ACT

The local authorities use Alfred to know exactly how much they are spending on electricity, building by building.  The information collected is very useful for the preparation of the budget and to anticipate operating costs.  In addition, the SAGE energy advisors use the data from Alfred to identify areas when energy savings could be made.  Alfred is therefore a vector of thermal renovation work or energy system optimisation.
