SIEL-Territoire d’énergie Loire offers the Prosper tool to support Loire’s local authorities in their energy transition. Prosper consists of three modules, one of which is co-published by SIEL-Territoire d’énergie Loire, and allows users to work on different issues connected to the energy transition: energy planning and impacts, energy networks, buildings.

SIEL-Territoire d’énergie Loire also wishes to make it easier for local authorities and other stakeholders in Loire to appropriate their energy future.

Prosper actions: to prepare energy planning scenarios and see their multi-criteria impacts

Based on an inventory carried out by the regional observatory enriched with other data (INSEE data, hypotheses on trends, etc.), the module allows the user to build their own territorial energy scenario, offering a choice of over 250 actions whose energy, climate (greenhouse gases and atmospheric pollutants), financial and social impacts have been studied and quantified. An action plan monitoring interface enables the scenarios to be tracked and updated. The module, which was designed with the filling of territorial climate-air-energy plans (PCAETs) in mind, is also ideal for positive energy territory (TEPOS) applications, energy planning studies (EPEs), etc. Why not get started right now ?

Prosper Reseaux, to analyse infrastructure capacity

Prosper Réseaux is the Prosper module dedicated to energy distribution networks. For your renewable energy production projects (injection of electricity into the grid, offtake), contact your Departmental energy syndicate for information on grid capacity near your project. The module also allows you to connect up the strategic objectives in Prosper Action scenarios and the MV/LV electricity networks in the area concerned: precious data when it comes to adapting tomorrow’s grid.
